Clara vient de signer le bail de son nouvel appartement. Elle appelle son ami Marc pour lui partager la nouvelle.

• Clara: Marc ! J'ai une super nouvelle ! J'ai trouvé un appartement ! — Marc! I have great news! I've found a flat!
• Marc: Ah bon ? C'est où exactement ? — Really? Where exactly?
• Clara: Rue Saint-Michel, au troisième étage. Il y a deux chambres et un grand balcon. — Rue Saint-Michel, on the third floor. Two bedrooms and a large balcony.
• Marc: C'est cher ? — Is it expensive?
• Clara: Non, c'est raisonnable. Neuf cents euros par mois, charges comprises. — No, it's reasonable. Nine hundred euros a month, bills included.
• Marc: Pas mal ! Quand est-ce que tu emménages ? — Not bad! When do you move in?
• Clara: Le premier du mois prochain. J'ai déjà commencé à faire des cartons. — The first of next month. I've already started packing boxes.
• Marc: Tu as besoin d'aide pour déménager ? — Do you need help to move?
• Clara: Oui ! Tu es libre ce weekend-là ? — Yes! Are you free that weekend?
• Marc: Je vais vérifier mon agenda. Je crois que je suis libre le samedi. — I'll check my diary. I think I'm free on Saturday.
• Clara: Super ! Je vais commander des pizzas pour remercier tout le monde. — Great! I'll order pizzas to thank everyone.
• Marc: Avec du coca et j'arrive ! — Add some Coke and I'm there!
